Fist City is one of those bands that makes you realize the full potential of scrappy underground. Their garage jangle actually has roots in punk (rather than all those hipster bands for whom getting cheaply drunk in an alleyway is as punk as it gets) neurosis, which can only come from decades of hopping bales of prairie razor wire with a backpack full of Lucky and a head fogged up with unlikely schemes. Dreams do come true, if you're crazy enough see where they go.
