What an unbelievable five days that was! None of it could have happened without our amazing volunteers, staff, artists, sponsors, public partners, community partners and support from all those who attended. To you, we offer our deepest thanks!

Forget your bike at Sled Island? We might have it!

If you left your bike in a Sled Island rack after 12:00pm on Sunday, June 26, it may have been impounded. If you think we could have your bike, please email a detailed description to green@sledisland.com.

Peaches ticketholders: you may have received a text message from Showpass earlier today stating that Peaches w/ guests at Flames Central begins at 3:30am tonight.

Please disregard this text message, as the show is scheduled to begin at 9:30pm as previously announced.

Limited door tickets may be released at 7:45pm if the venue is not at capacity after passholders and advance ticketholders have entered.

Deafheaven at the #1 Legion
No door tickets will be released for this show. Advance tickets have run out and remaining space will be held for passholders.

Peaches at Flames Central
Limited door tickets may be released at 10:00pm if the venue is not at capacity after passholders and advance ticketholders have entered.

Sled Island is pleased to premiere the latest video from Sled Island 2016 performers By Divine Right. This is a band that has spanned eras of Canadian indie rock without ever faltering in their ability to produce electrifying earworms.

The brand new video for "Nodisco" comes from an altogether new venture for the band: a track-by-track reimagining of Depeche Mode's Speak & Spell. Check it out below and make sure to catch the band on June 23 and 24 at Sled Island. Find show details here.

"It’s true that Sled Island is not a sprint, it’s a marathon, but I have to admit that this year the really tough choices start early on with a stacked Wednesday lineup. Before you pull all your hair out, start by looking into which bands are playing multiple shows and strategize using the venue map. Most venues are really close to at least one or two other ones and you may be able to easily switch back and forth. Concrete example: Friday night between 8 and 11pm we have two awesome and very different shows going on at Central United Church and Theatre Junction GRAND. Lucky for you, both are a block away so you should be able to catch a bit of everything. I won’t say it enough though, whatever choice you end up making, you will NEVER go wrong. Happy 10th Sled!"

"Whoa, year ten is here! The thing about Sled Island is that it’s even bigger than it looks on paper. There’s music from every corner of the spectrum and how you pace yourself is crucial to making it to the big finish line at Wrap-Up Karaoke on Sunday. My schedule is based on alternating between chill vibes (like Central United Church and daytime patio shows) and turbo turnt freakouts (the Legion, Dickens, Flames Central). I hope it helps to guide you through some of the best moments of the festival!"

Special Sled Island yoga classes are taking place between now and the festival, with playlists featuring 2016 performers and your chance to win tickets to our Olympic Plaza show on June 25, two Intro Passes from Yoga Passage, a one-month unlimited pass from Journey Yoga, a three float pack from Clear Float Spa and an intro month pass from both Yoga Santosha and Junction 9.
